AWANA

Ages 4-5

Cubbies is designed to be active and engaging for these 4 and 5 year-old clubbers. Cubbies sing action songs and have contests during the opening time. The lesson time is focused on simplifying the lesson of the day into easy-to-understand language and applications. The lesson time also shares the good news of Jesus Christ with the clubbers and challenges them to accept Christ as their Savior. The games, crafts, and snack times are creatively fun and allow Cubbies to explore the biblical truth they are learning and review past lessons as they participate. Cubbies have a great time learning from God’s Word and applying the truths to their lives.

K-2nd Grade

As the clubbers see the wrong actions and consequences of people in the Bible, they are challenged to discover these sins in their own lives in order to confess and forsake these sins before God. Sparks are also shown from the Bible how God will use them and bless them when they are controlled by the positive character traits in their lives. The clubbers also enjoy the skits and games as the character trait of the night is reinforced through skits, object lessons, and the physical activity during the games. Sparks allows the clubbers to learn the traits and start applying the character qualities to their lives on a practical, daily basis.

3rd-6th Grade

T & T encourages 3rd through 6th graders to focus on the practical application of the biblical truths that they have learned over the years. Through the Handbook activities where they are challenged to apply the Scriptures to their lives, the games, and the Bible lessons they are taught not only the meanings of Bible passages but how to apply them  to their own life thus helping them to be a more useful tool for the Lord. The clubbers are encouraged to practice the traits they have learned as they continue to grow and develop Christlike Christian character.

Child Protection Policy

As we develop new procedures to improve our Child Security and Protection Policy, we want to keep you informed and request your assistance.  To insure the protection of your children, we are instituting the following procedures:

There will only be one entrance used to drop off and pick up your children.  This will be the ground-level entrance at the north side of the building.

You must accompany your children into the building at this entrance, remain inside the designated area and sign your child in at the “Security Desk”.  Please plan to arrive by 6:45 pm.  The opening begins promptly at 7:00 pm. in the auditorium.

Pick-up your children by entering the building through the same entrance and sign-out your child.  Your initials in the boxes adjacent to your child’s name will accomplish the sign-in/sign-out processes.

I have read and agree to follow the Child Protection Policy.
